Therapy can be a difficult step, and even more difficult to find a therapist you connect with. I work to develop a therapeutic relationship in which realizations can occur and positive changes can be made. I have experience with both group and individuals, and the intention is always to help enhance the client’s current level of functioning and overall condition. My areas of expertise include behavioral issues, childhood trauma, insecure attachments, familial issues, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. My education is in Mental Health Counseling, and Forensic Psychology.
