I am particularly passionate about my work in grief and trauma with acknowledgment of the profound impact these experiences have on an individuals life. I have dedicated my career to mastering the skills required to incorporate evidence-based practices around trauma and grief. I focus on integrating your experiences into your life story as you work toward healing and restoration while providing room for the deep, raw emotions that can sometimes feel unseen. I completed my master’s in social work at UNR where I graduated with distinction in leadership and continue my connection with the school as an adjunct instructor in both the bachelors and masters programs. I have over a decade of experience that spans a range of therapeutic settings and am ready for our work together when you are!
