Welcome to my site! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children and families as a school social worker. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for working with educators and parents—those who give so much of themselves to others. I believe that when adults feel supported, balanced, and empowered, they are better able to nurture the well-being of the children and students in their lives. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I don’t believe therapy is something done to someone, but rather with them. I aim to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and values. Life can be challenging, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a space to reflect, I’m here to listen and support you in creating a more meaningful, balanced life.
