My name is Alie and I am a Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 7 years of experience in working with clients presenting with various challenges, including: depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, marital issues, OCD, attention-related disorders, self-harm, trauma, addiction and challenges related to various life transitions. My style is warm and personal, for I think it is important to tailor therapy to each individual, so as to inspire both comfort and positive growth. Sometimes, asking for help is the most difficult step and for that, I already admire your strength. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic therapies, wherein we will explore methods of helping you to find a happier and more functional way-of-life.
