Hello, and welcome to Better Help. I’m glad you’re here.A little about me, I am licensed in Oregon with 7 years of professional working experience. I have done a lot of work in the field of addiction support. I am a person with lived experience with addiction and I am very passionate about helping others find their way to and through recovery. I also have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, coping with postpartum depression, trauma, abuse, motivation, issues with food, self esteem, & confidence. My approach is to be authentic and genuine and let my clients be the guide in our work together as they are the experts on their own lives. It is always my ultimate goal to create a space of absolute non judgement so my client can share freely and feel accepted. Seeking therapy is not easy, it takes courage. I know, because I’ve been there myself. You are worth it and I am here to support you all the way.
