Alexandria Harville

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here in the state of Texas. I have been working part time for 4 of the last 6 years. I took the opportunity to travel for the other 2 years and spent that time in Europe and Southeast Asia working with diverse populations and experiencing living different lifestyles. I have worked with a wide range of clients including those that struggle with autism spectrum disorders, substance abuse disorders, process addictions like self-harm and eating disorders, depression, anxiety, dual-diagnosed clients, ADHD, and interpersonal issues. The majority of my experience has been with adolescents and collegiate aged individuals and/or addiction populations. I operate from a client-centered approach. I believe that understanding how you see yourself and the world around you is the first step towards helping you address the issues you would like to work on. I utilize various other counseling techniques that may be helpful to your unique situation and tailor treatment to each individual. I believe that asking for help is the bravest thing a person can do. If people are willing to meet halfway, then I will be here to support you in meeting your goals and becoming the person you want to be. I look forward to walking with you in this journey.
