Alexander Duncan

I am licensed in Idaho with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I am a very straight forward therapist and believe the counseling relationship is the most important aspect in change and growth. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are looking to find more meaning in their lives. If you are looking for a therapist/counselor who will hold you accountable I believe we would be a good fit.
