I am fully licensed in Georgia with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting and family issues, motivation, adjusting to new environments, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process for the simple reason that you matter, and so do your hopes and dreams. It is my goal to create a safe space where you are able to vent and process your thoughts free of judgement.
