I’ve been a certified professional mental health counselor in South Carolina for eight years and a behavior management specialist for nine. I’ve worked with people suffering from depression, anxiety, parenting issues, ADHD, and trauma. My counseling style is upbeat and friendly. Labels should not be stigmatized; everyone should be treated with respect, consideration, and compassion. In my treatment, I employ a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. I enjoy establishing trusting relationships and tailoring treatment plans to your specific needs.
