“HEALING, TRANSFORMATION and ultimately MANIFESTATION!!!” is my motto. I want every individual I work with to define their power in the world by overcoming and expanding from any barriers to PERSONAL GROWTH! I work with adults on depressive issues, anxiety, past trauma, post-traumatic stress, low self-confidence, work-related issues, relationship issues and parenting issues. As a Reiki Master and a Hypnotherapist, I use Holistic techniques to assist in finding the balance between the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT! With a focus on a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a Strengths-Based approach, I emphasize the importance of understanding how behavioral outcomes in one’s life have a strong connection to the ongoing thoughts/perceptions that an individual has. I use journaling, positive visualization, mindfulness and other approaches to emphasize the importance of individuals understanding that any difficulties experienced in life will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.
