Graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health counseling in May 2018. The counseling process can be difficult. My work experience in helping professions, coupled with my education, and experience I have gained through different populations, have prepared me to connect in an authentic way. Finding meaning and purpose in our lives can be difficult to navigate alone. Having someone to help process the anxiety that life brings can be life changing. Finding your coping mechanisms and awareness of your strength can help you connect with your emotions. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, existential angst, identity formation, communication issues, children, adolescents, couples, groups, probation, and prison populations.
