Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. It is my belief that therapy is a process of self-exploration. The decision to engage in psychotherapy is not always an easy one. Making your mental health a priority is the first step. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Stages of Change as therapeutic interventions. I offer an individualized, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to meet the needs of each client. If you are seeking a collaborative therapeutic environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey, I am here to support you. I look forward to working with you!
