With a patient-centered approach, Zalman strives to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for patients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. He has completed a comprehensive two-year program at the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute, which has further shaped his ability to support patients in exploring the deeper layers of their emotional experiences. Zalman earned his MSW from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work and continues to pursue opportunities to further his education and deepen his understanding of the human experience. At Start My Wellness, Zalman offers a range of services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as online therapy options. He is committed to helping patients achieve lasting life change and improve their overall well-being.
