Founded in 1991 by an independent group of highly experienced therapists, many of whom have worked in Louisville's community mental health systems, they strive to provide the appropriate services, at the right time, and with reasonable cost. Their professional, confidential therapists can assist individuals, children, couples, and groups in developing the skills that can bring them closer to the life they had imagined. Difficult emotional problems can become manageable through the process of therapy. Turning Points is centrally located in Professional Towers in the St. Matthews neighborhood of Louisville, close to the Watterson Expressway.
