With a team of over 4,000 employees and supporting over 20,000 people in the I/DD community, YAI offers more than 300 programs for people of all ages. Their services include education, clinical services, crisis and behavior support, day services, employment support, family support, residential services, and technology. YAI's mission is to enable living, loving, working, and learning in communities for people with I/DD. Operating in New York State, New Jersey, and California, YAI supports people with autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy, among others.
