Whitney practices across the lifespan, offering a blending of embodied methods and traditional talk therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Her approach focuses on creating a safe space for clients to explore their relationship patterns, experiment with new possibilities, and grieve what was lost or never received. With experience working with children, families, and groups since 2009, Whitney has helped many clients navigate depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and traumatic experiences. Her practice is located within New Hope for Families, where she collaborates with teachers, children, and families. Whitney holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Indiana University and is a Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer through the North American Drama Therapy Association. She also holds post-graduate training in various modalities, including Playback Theatre, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Family Systems, Psychodynamic/Developmental Psychology, Sandtray, SoulCollage, Women Writing for (a) Change CFLT, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Somatics.
