(WVA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing information, referral, and technical assistance on legal, civil, and service rights to people with disabilities, their families, and their advocates. We offer direct advocacy, including negotiation, mediation, investigation, and legal representation, as well as education and training for individuals, groups, and organizations on the rights of those with disabilities. Our priority and case selection criteria ensure that we are able to provide comprehensive and personalized services to those who need it most. We work to ensure that everyone with a disability has access to the rights and support they need, and we are committed to fighting for justice and equality for all.
