The practice is owned and operated by the Donnel family, who has a daughter with special needs. This personal experience has given them a unique understanding of the challenges and barriers families face across the continuum of care, from birth through teen and early adult hood. Wee Care strives to offer a variety of services, keeping their eyes on current best practices and proven models of treatment. They take pride in engaging with teams of additional professionals in areas of care that they are not currently offering internally, and customizing treatment plans to help individuals achieve independence and a life less restricted. The practice has seen many of their members grow from childhood into adulthood and has successfully graduated many of their members from services, even hiring some to work within their own organization. Wee Care is committed to creating long-term relationships with their families and members, and has a team of caring individuals dedicated to being available to guide, support, and advocate for those they serve.
