The Washington State Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) is committed to helping Washingtonians of all ages with visual impairments or blindness achieve greater independence and economic vitality. Our mission is to empower individuals with visual impairments through training, counseling, and support services that enable them to pursue employment, education, and independent living. Our focus is on “Inclusion, Independence, and Economic Vitality for People with Visual Disabilities.” in Vancouver and other cities throughout Washington State.
