Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) is a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation agency based in Cleveland, Ohio. Our mission is to create pathways for individuals with disabilities to engage in the community, achieve greater independence, and attain employment. Our comprehensive range of vocational rehabilitation services and paid work opportunities are available at no cost to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, a history of incarceration, injured veterans, and other barriers to employment. Each year, VGS helps nearly 4,000 people in the Cleveland area develop the skills needed to gain gainful employment and become independent members of the community. We offer a variety of resources at our Cleveland Workforce Campus, such as job counseling, job training, and job placement services. At Vocational Guidance Services, we are dedicated to providing the best support for our clients, so they can achieve the highest level of success.
