The organization provides trustee services for three types of Special Needs Trusts: first-party or self-settled special needs trusts, third-party supplemental needs trusts, and the pooled special needs trust. Vista Points promotes the advantages of Special Needs Trusts to those who will most benefit from them, including people of any age living with a physical, mental or intellectual disability, their parents and caregivers, and the professionals who serve and guide them. They offer educational information, seminars, referrals to qualified professionals, and resources to aid in planning for the future while maximizing current quality of life. Vista Points serves parents and caregivers of people living with a disability, attorneys and other professionals, and advocacy & special interest groups that support people living with a disability. They provide professional speakers for events, meetings, health fairs, and conferences, and offer information to aid in the safeguard of a loved one's personal assets, without jeopardizing eligibility for government assistance. Vista Points is located in Mt. Juliet, TN, and their office hours are Tues -Thurs: 7:30-3:30CST, with everything else by appointment only.
