She provides a safe and confidential space for treating adolescents, young adults, and adults (ages 11-70 years) who struggle with Eating Disorders, food and weight issues, and body-image issues. With 30 years of experience as a therapist and treating staff professional, Gina specializes in the area of body-image disturbance, distortion, and/or dissatisfaction. She is also a certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga for 22 years. Gina's approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, body-image therapy, expressive therapy (art, movement, and role-play), and yoga and meditation to help individuals develop coping skills and increase awareness of their strengths and authentic self. Her goal is to empower individuals to bring confidence and joy throughout their lives. Gina's office is conveniently located just 15 minutes from New Haven, CT, on the Branford Green, at 225 Montowese Street (Branford, CT), with easy access from Interstate 95 and the bus route. Her hours are 10:00AM - 7:00PM, Monday through Friday.
