VersAbility Resources is a 501c3, tax-exempt organization that has been serving people with disabilities and their families since 1953. We offer early childhood, student services, day support, residential and employment programs for over 1,700 people with disabilities annually. Our employment programs provide staffing solutions for employers, federal contract staffing opportunities and jobs in Hampton Roads, the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Our program participants earn millions in wages and benefits annually. We host two annual signature events – The Ability Am Golf Tournament in May and a Fall Gala in October – and rely on donations to help people with disabilities of all ages live, work, and thrive in our community.
