Utah Family Voices, Family to Family Health Information Center

Utah Family Voices is a statewide resource dedicated to providing support and guidance to families of children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities. Our services include: providing accurate information about the Affordable Care Act, offering educational resources about the benefits of a Medical Home, providing emotional and peer support, assisting with navigation of credible information and referrals, giving families the tools to make informed decisions and advocate effectively for their child, delivering customized trainings and workshops, supplying newsletters, fact sheets, and website materials, developing family leadership opportunities, and providing information and training to professional partners and health care providers on family-centered care and family involvement. We are committed to actively collaborating on health care, disability, legislative, system, and policy changes that can impact the lives of children and youth with special needs and their families at the local, state, and national levels.
