(UCR) is a private, non-profit organization that offers innovative programs, events, and social opportunities for adults with developmental and intellectual differences in Upper Montgomery County, MD. They promote the full inclusion of persons with developmental and intellectual differences into every aspect of community life. UCR's programs are designed for adults of all abilities, aged 18 and above. Their mission is to enrich the community by embracing all persons, and they strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. UCR's programs have been consistent with their mission since 2013.
