At United Studios of Self Defense, we offer Shaolin Kempo, a unique blend of traditional Chinese, Japanese, and other styles of martial arts. Our Shaolin Kempo style is based on five animals: tiger, leopard, crane, snake, and dragon. Unlike many martial arts, our Kempo style is tailored to fit each individual’s build, personality, and spirit. We strive to provide effective self-defense training that anyone can learn and execute from the start. Everyone has their own reason for coming to United Studios of Self Defense, and we hope to provide an experience that is both rewarding and enjoyable.
