Igniting Change Counseling Center is an outpatient counseling center in Pleasant Grove, Utah dedicated to the mental health and behavioral wellness of teens and adults and their loved ones. They use evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help people ignite positive change in their lives. Their therapy team is trained in proven, high-impact psychotherapy models and will compassionately help clients to reach their therapeutic goals. They specialize in trauma, OCD/anxiety, and unwanted behavior patterns, and offer services such as EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
