Supervised by Justine Brathwaite, LMHC, Tina holds a Master's degree in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. She is deeply committed to building a partnership with each client and creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner landscapes without judgment. Tina draws from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, psychodynamic insights, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based practices. She strives to create a warm space to address such challenges, support clients' emotional wellbeing, and develop coping strategies to improve their daily struggles and quality of life.
