About
They offer a hybrid approach, providing in-person, tele-health, and school-based options to remove barriers to access therapy. Eastside Child and Family Therapy works with parents, caregivers, children, teens, and young adults, focusing on the family at the center and working together to attain balance and peace. They welcome and are inclusive of all kinds of families, believing that every family deserves support and there is no right way to parent or create a family. Their approach is not one size fits all, and they value each family's time and worldview. They utilize a Strengths-Based and Trauma-informed approach, incorporating Family Systems, Collaborative Problem Solving, Child Centered Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Eastside Child and Family Therapy provides expressive therapies to help children communicate naturally and freely, supporting parents and caregivers with tools to manage emotions and support their children through emotional regulation.
