Dr. Beth Connolly, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience, treats children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health disorders. Her approach is integrative, incorporating techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theory. Dr. Connolly's practice is self-pay, and sessions can take place either in the office or outdoors, depending on the client's needs and preferences.
