Dr. Beth Connolly, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience, treats children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health disorders. Her approach is integrative, incorporating techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theory. Dr. Connolly's practice is self-pay, and sessions can take place either in the office or outdoors, depending on the client's needs and preferences. The practice is New England's first therapeutic running practice, founded in 2018, and offers a unique therapeutic experience that combines traditional talk therapy with movement. Dr. Connolly is a passionate runner and has completed over 100 full marathons, receiving qualifying times for the Boston Marathon.
