The Spectrum Network is a CARF-accredited organization dedicated to helping individuals with cognitive disabilities, mental illness, and other barriers to independent living enter the workforce and the community. They support adults with disabilities and mental illness in Northeast Iowa counties, including Winneshiek and Howard counties, through various programs. Their mission is to increase the independence of the individuals they serve, and they remain committed to creating personalized solutions that empower individuals and strengthen the communities where they live. The Spectrum Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving and supporting individuals in Northeast Iowa, ensuring access to vital programs that promote independence and community engagement.
