From its beginnings as a gathering of parents who wanted to provide educational and training opportunities for persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities, The Resource Center has grown to offer a variety of services, including disability health, behavioral health, employment, and environmental services. Their services aim to promote overall emotional well-being and provide individuals with improved functioning in their everyday lives. The Resource Center also offers a range of supports and services, including pre-employment services, job placement, case management, job coaching, and job retention services. Their goal is to assist individuals in earning real wages for meaningful work.
