The Pennyroyal Center is a Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities services to individuals in western Kentucky. Established in 1967, the center serves eight counties, including Caldwell, Christian, Crittenden, Hopkins, Lyon, Muhlenberg, Todd, and Trigg. They offer a range of services, including mental health crisis and emergency services, intellectual and developmental disabilities services, substance use treatment, residential programs, and deaf and hard-of-hearing services. The Pennyroyal Center is proud to be a CARF accredited agency for their Outpatient Services and Therapeutic Foster Care Programs, and their RESPOND Center is accredited by the International Council for Helplines and is a partner of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The center has multiple locations throughout the region, making it easily accessible for those in need. The Pennyroyal Center is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals and families in their community.
