At The Nutrition Center North Adams, our mission is to inspire a healthy relationship to food through counseling, nutrition and culinary education. We strive to reduce obesity rates and manage or prevent chronic disease by providing nutrition and cooking education services to everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Our goal is to empower our clients with the tools and resources they need to make informed decisions and nourish themselves and their families.
