The Nutrition Center | Great Barrington

At The Nutrition Center (TNC) in Great Barrington, our mission is to help create a healthy relationship with food through counseling, nutrition, and culinary education. We strive to reduce obesity rates and manage/prevent chronic disease by empowering our clients with the tools and resources necessary to make informed decisions about what they eat and how to nourish themselves and their families. Our services are accessible to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. With our nutrition and cooking education services, we hope to inspire and motivate our clients to cook and eat real food.
