The NEEDS Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2012 by experienced professionals in the field of Developmental Disabilities services and supports. Our mission is to provide education, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in order to help them live as independently as possible. Our leadership team all have extensive backgrounds in working with people with developmental disabilities, with a specialization in challenging behavior. Since 2014, we have grown to include 15 adult group residences and 2 day support programs, as well as a consulting division that offers behavioral and other supports to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in school and home settings.
