They provide both in-person counseling and telehealth services to ensure accessible, flexible care for those throughout Connecticut. The Growth Chapter's services include mental health counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, as well as Brainspotting Therapy to unlock deep emotional healing. Their team of compassionate counselors, led by founder Ashley Chambrello, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Brainspotting practitioner, is dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering space for individuals to find the support they need to thrive.
