They offer a day program focused on the arts, community, and life skills, as well as job coaching and skill cultivation, community activities, and community and home-based services. The Enrichment Center believes in honoring participants' individuality and providing individualized care plans to help them achieve their goals. They strive to create a well-rounded and fun-filled experience for their participants through events, such as Gallery events and day trips in the community. The organization is accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and is affiliated with The Arc, a national advocacy group for the IDD community. They also have a partnership with the Winston-Salem Arts Council and receive funding from state and county grants. The Enrichment Center's leadership team is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and celebrating the diverse life experiences and perspectives of participants and staff.
