The Ecumenical Center

Located in Laredo, TX, they serve as a place of balance between those with needs and those with solutions. Their counselors and educators recognize the interrelatedness of the body, mind, and spirit, and are trained to incorporate the client's individual beliefs in the healing process. The Center offers counseling for children, adults, and families, as well as training for clergy, religious workers, and healthcare professionals. They also provide community-based educational programs. Their mission is to alleviate suffering and facilitate spiritual, ethical, physical, emotional, and intellectual healing and growth for their community and the world. The Center is affiliated with and accredited by three prominent faith-based, standard-setting organizations: The Samaritan Institute, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.
