The Community Supports Network (CSN), Inc.

supports individuals to achieve individualized goals. Their staff assist people with disabilities and/or mental health needs to live life to its fullest in their community. CSN provides services in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. They focus on developing personalized services to meet individuals' interests and skills, aiming to improve quality of life. The practice's mission is to support people with mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities to gain skills, knowledge, and experience. They strive to provide services that cater to each person's unique needs, interests, and desires. CSN has a team of professionals, including direct support professionals and case management staff, to ensure that each person receives the services that best meet their individual needs. They currently provide services in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri, with a focus on community-based support.
