At The Community Supports Network (CSN), Inc., our mission is to help individuals with mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities to gain the skills and knowledge needed to gain access to and benefit from the resources and opportunities available in our Council Bluffs community. Our experienced and compassionate team is dedicated to helping these individuals achieve their goals and thrive in their communities. We strive to provide the highest quality services, tailored to each individual’s needs, to ensure a successful outcome. Our goal is to empower those we serve and to help them gain independence and self-sufficiency.
