About
Founded by Micki Moran, J.D., the practice focuses on special education, school discipline, juvenile justice, mental health, and complex child custody matters. With extensive experience in addressing the legal issues faced by children, teens, and their families, the firm's attorneys and staff are devoted to addressing the unique needs of each client. They offer in-person meetings or video conferencing for convenience and have a network of professionals who collaborate to address the complex needs of children and families. The Child and Family Law Center's philosophy is that children and their families require a multi-disciplinary approach to intervention, and they have extensive litigation experience in various forums. Micki Moran's dedication to her practice is inspired by her own experiences as a parent and an attorney, and she has been a board member of agencies committed to children's legal issues and is on the adjunct faculty of Loyola Law School.
