The Center on Human Policy (CHP) is a grant-funded center dedicated to promoting the rights of people with disabilities on a local, national, and global level. Founded in 1971 by Burton Blatt, CHP works to end discrimination and abuse of people with disabilities by engaging in policy, research, and advocacy. Our mission is to ensure the full community participation of people with disabilities, rooted in the belief that all individuals have value. Through our programs and activities, CHP strives to create an equitable society for people with disabilities.
