Founded in 1977, the organization provides services for individuals with physical, sensory, cognitive, and/or psychological disabilities in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Their mission is to empower people with disabilities to reach their goals and live independently. The Center for Independent Living Options operates according to a strict philosophy of consumer control, where people with disabilities directly govern and staff the organization.
