The Center for Independent Living Options (CILO) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing essential services to those with disabilities in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Founded in 1977 by people with disabilities, our mission is to empower individuals with physical, sensory, cognitive, and/or psychological disabilities to reach their greatest potential and independence. CILO is the oldest independent living center in Ohio and is led, managed, and staffed by a majority of professionals with disabilities who understand the issues experienced by those with similar issues. Our core services provide people with disabilities the opportunity to lead productive and rewarding lives with pride and dignity.
