The Art of Living is designed to empower adults with special needs to achieve their best potential through person-centered services, support to families, advocacy, and leadership enrichment. They offer a range of services, including Community Residential Alternative, Community Living Support, and Community Access Group, which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. The Art of Living operates in the metro Atlanta area, with multiple locations in Georgia and South Carolina, and is committed to providing a community environment where individuals with developmental disabilities are valued and respected. Their services are authorized through the regional board and are based on the service descriptions identified through the NOW and COMP waivers. The Art of Living's team works closely with individuals, families, and service coordinators to develop individualized budgets and service plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Services & specialties
Community Residential Alternative (CRA)
A targeted service for individuals who require intense levels of residential support in small group settings of four or less.
Community Living Support (CLS)
Individually tailored support services that assist with the acquisition, retention, and/or improvement in skills related to a participant's continued residence in their family home.
Community Access Group (CAG)
A service designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining or improving self-help, socialization and adaptive skills required for active participation and independent functioning outside of the home setting.
