The Arc Portland Metro is proud to serve the Portland, Oregon area’s most vulnerable population and provide oversight of Club Impact, the leading social program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our mission is to empower individuals with IDD to live full, meaningful lives in their communities.
