The Arc of Lane County

The Arc of Lane County is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Springfield, Oregon, that provides support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, from inclusive preschool through adult employment services, with extensive family support programs and community advocacy throughout. Their mission is to advocate to enhance the dignity, expand the opportunities, and protect the rights of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. They have provided programs, services, and civil rights advocacy to people with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families for over 70 years. The Arc Lane County offers adult and family services for people who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including adult services to help adults strengthen their life skills and live a more fulfilling and independent life, and family services to help parents who are raising a child with a disability. They also provide a comprehensive set of programs and services to help individuals and families live, work, and play in the community.
