The Arc of Butler County

The Arc of Butler County is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They work to ensure that every person they serve has the opportunity to live a full, meaningful, and self-directed life within an inclusive community. Guided by a dedicated local Board of Directors, they proudly serve as a chapter of The Arc of Pennsylvania and The Arc of the United States. Through this affiliation, they are able to advocate effectively, share best practices, and offer access to resources and opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and the broader community. The Arc of Butler County offers various services, including Residential Community Living, Life Sharing, Semi-Independent Respite, Vocational, Pre-Vocational, Work Opportunities, Small Group Employment, Community Participation Supports, Adult Training Facility, AERO, AERO Summer Camp, Supported Employment, After School Transition Program, Community Outreach, In Home and Community Supports, Behavioral Supports, and Sensory Space Advocacy. They serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder in Butler, PA, and surrounding areas.
