Welcome to The Arc of Augusta – a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) for over 60 years. Together with our members, self-advocates, and Board of Directors, we strive to foster respect and human rights for people with IDD and their families, ensuring that everyone is a valued, contributing member of their community. We operate two Group Day Support Programs for adults with IDD in our community, providing opportunities for individuals to volunteer, make crafts, explore the Shenandoah Valley, eat at local restaurants, and celebrate a variety of events together.
