Dr. Janice Frederick, the organization's leader, holds a PhD from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is guided by the philosophy that the progress of the children they serve dictates their success rather than the financial prosperity of the organization. The ABRITE Organization is firmly grounded in the science of behavior analysis and requires all of its team members to be highly trained within this science.
